Spa Guidelines:

Robes & slippers are available by request only.

Masks are no longer required while in the spa.

Our lounge will have water, tea and coffee available.

If you’ve had close contact with, or cared for someone, diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, we ask you to please reschedule your appointment.

If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 such as, cough, fever, difficulty breathing or any flu-like symptoms, please stay home and we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment.

Booking/Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be done in advance. We require a credit card to hold your reservations. Any appointment that is canceled, changed or rescheduled within 24-hours of your original appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service(s).

Spa Etiquette

As a courtesy to our other spa guests following your appointment, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You will be responsible for the full service cost.

Return Policy

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened products can be returned up to 21 days after purchasing for a spa credit. All Gift Certificates/Series sales are final.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our service costs. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to gift 15-20% of the full service cost to your Massage Therapist, Esthetician or Stylist. Cash gratuities are preferred.

We charge a 4% fee on ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS, CASH/CHECK PREFERRED.
